If you submit a startup for listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, spam, or inappropriate.

3. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites (e.g., startup homepages) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: attempting to scrape or extract data at scale in a way that circumvents our rate limits or bot protections, submitting spam or fraudulent listings, or attempting to disrupt the Site's normal operation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, and original content are owned by Startups List. Startup names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads shown by third-party ad networks, though we aim to keep the Site's own content compliant with advertising program policies.
